Searching by title or by your order reference, you can access all your orders sent to CELF over a two-month period - both active and completed orders.
No more phone calls, faxes, or emails to have strategic information. It is available 24/7, everything online when you need it.
An unrivalled database
Since the end of the 1980s', CELF has been developing its own database of French titles and publishers. It is strongly linked with its commercial activity - not true of many others- and it grows each day. A specific department within CELF is dedicated to the database, continually adding new publishers and catalogues. It was a natural move to give customers access to it, via the Internet since 1998.
More than 950,000 titles are online, with daily updates. As in any web-based bookstore, you can search references. You can also place them in a basket, one which is kept from one session to another, and which you can modify at any time. Of course you can then send orders to CELF.
Make your orders quickly, securely and economically
You have two ways to order online:
- Directly from the online database
- Via files downloaded from your own order software. Various file formats are accepted.
Orders sent through the CELF website come to CELF via EDI, thanks to the partnership with Dilicom, the main EDI network of the French publishing industry. It guarantees that orders will reach CELF quickly and securely. CELF sends its orders to publishers in exactly the same way.
A highly reliable website
Each client requesting registration is given their own ID number and password which gives access to the CELF website. Those IDs are unique and confidentiality is guaranteed.
Furthermore, the CELF website is hosted on the Dilicom servers, as are other websites of major French publishers. This means high security and access 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
